Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid subscriptions and paid access to browser extensions or related digital products offered on qwhub.com.
1. General Rule
All purchases are for digital access and are generally non-refundable after access is granted. By completing payment, you agree to this policy.
2. Cases When a Refund May Be Approved
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- A technical issue on our side that blocks access and is not resolved within a reasonable time after your request.
- Unauthorized payment confirmed by payment provider verification.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not use the product despite having working access.
- The product does not meet personal preference expectations not stated in the product description.
- Issues caused by your local device, browser, extensions, VPN, or third-party platform restrictions outside our control.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle and does not automatically create a refund for already billed periods.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to [email protected] with:
- payment date and amount,
- order/payment ID or transaction reference,
- email used at checkout,
- short description of the issue.
We review requests within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of current and future access to paid products.
